Delivery

All orders are carefully packaged to keep them as safe as possible in transit. I try to use as little plastic as possible, but if bubble wrap is necessary I make sure it is reused or recycled to minimise waste. 

​Unfortunately, breakages do occur and if your order arrives damaged please message me with photographs within 7 days of receiving. I can then arrange a replacement or refund

I really hope that you are pleased with your order. However if you are not happy, please message me within 7 days of receiving, and I will arrange a refund or replacement.

Returns will need to be sent back in their original packaging and postage must be paid for by the customer.

The parcel is the customer's responsibility until I receive it.

If your order is a commission, I aim to have them ready to ship within 8 weeks, hopefully sooner but it depends on how busy things are (I can give you more of an idea when you make the order).

For stock already made, items will be shipped within 5 days of your order.  

I post all goods by Royal Mail first class unless there is a more efficient and economical way in which case I will let you know.
