Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your items and that they arrive in excellent condition. However, if you need to make a return, please get in touch with us. Please note that we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

When shipping a return, we recommend using a tracked service and ensuring the items are repackaged with the same care as when they were received, including the original packaging. Please ensure each piece is individually wrapped with sufficient padding inside the box.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to refund items that are insufficiently packaged and damaged during transit.

Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

* Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

* Please send items back within 30 days of delivery, using the original packaging if possible.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of your order confirmation. Please note that we are unable to cancel the order if the item has already been shipped.

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of all products ("Products") by Ella Fletcher Designs  ("we," "us," "our") to the customer ("you," "your"). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

•           The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. We strive to represent our Products as accurately as possible, but variations are to be expected due to the nature of handmade ceramics.

•           Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site have a [2]% tolerance.

•           The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site.

•           We hereby reserve the right to add to or delete Products from our product range at any time or to change the specification of products without notice

3. Pricing

•           All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

•           Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect any orders that have already been confirmed.

•           Payment is required at the time of purchase through the payment methods available on our website.

•           Payment must be received in full before the shipment of any Product.

•           We will notify you via email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping.

•           We offer shipping within the UK.

•           Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and order size.

•           Estimated delivery times will be provided but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

•           All Products are carefully packed to prevent damage during shipping. However, the risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

•           All Products are sold "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or fitness for a particular purpose of any Product.

8. Limitation of Liability

•           Our liability for any claim arising from the sale of any Product shall be limited to the purchase price of the Product in question.
